Cannon Group, since the Firm's inception in 1982, has been one of the few licensed architectural firms in the country whose primary design practice is providing complete building envelope services including Roofing, Waterproofing, and Facade Restoration architectural consulting services.

Cannon Group's specialized staff consists of a unique blend of a registered architect and licensed engineer, roof consultants, and former contractors. Cannon Group understands the aspects of roofing and building envelope construction enabling us to analyze and design building envelope systems as they relate to the whole building, not just as an isolated item. Our individual staff members have hands-on and in-depth knowledge of construction installation procedures and techniques, project management, quality control and construction cost experience obtained from various positions throughout their careers within the roofing and construction industry prior to joining our organization.

Cannon Group has no affiliation with any contractors or material manufacturers. We are able to keep an open mind when evaluating any type of roof or waterproofing system. There are countless types of assemblies that are in place throughout the country and different manufacturers of the same type of material for each type of assembly. Our office evaluates the current condition of the assembly, make a series of observations and recommendations enabling the client to either extend the service life of the in-place system or, if necessary, recommends the most cost effective way to replace the system. The client receives an unbiased professional opinion as to which direction future monies need to be allocated to ensure the service life of their roof or waterproofing system and related building components.
